Description
This class attracts women of all shapes and sizes who may come dressed in their socks and sweats to learn the art of belly dance, class allows women a chance to express themselves through dance and learn fun ways to stay healthy for life. Enjoy the physical and personal benefits of belly dancing: abdominal toning, stronger legs, self esteem and a sense of sensuality.
