Working off an integrated curriculum/structure, this class is appropriate for the beginner and advanced participant…it’s all about progression in each obstacle and each individual putting themselves to the test week after week. Class will include some of our more beginner, intermediate and also some of our most challenging obstacles aimed at building both strength, balance and agility. Class will typically include 3 circuits with 5-8 stations (obstacles) per circuit.Classes take place at Ultimate Ninjas located at 684 W. Lake St. in Elmhurst.
