Drop out of your mind and into the body with your breath and awareness through a sound bath. A Sound Bath is a form of sound healing to help us relax, reset and restore what was opened and cleared out, refilling our cup with self-love and healing energy. The vibrations are from Crystal chakra singing bowls, a Jupiter Tibetan brass bowl, ocean drum, and Chiron gong, filling the space and helping to release anxiety, stress, heaviness and recharge your energy.Props provided and laid out ahead, though you may bring anything extra to ensure your comfort (pillow or blanket, extra mat) and a bottle of water.
