The Summer solstice represents the transition from Spring into Cancer season, to give our bodies nourishment, and slowing down to honor and enjoy our presence.Join us for a group healing experience to bring this awareness into ourselves. There will be a brief discussion for setting intentions and enjoying the pause and integration of this experience. Guided Somatic Movement blends into conscious breathwork. Reset and restore with a meditative healing Sound Therapy immersion. Time for connection while enjoying tea or cacao outside around the firepit, if desired.
Facilitated by Certified Embodiment Coach and Breathwork Facilitator, Jennifer L. Smith, LMT, RYT-200 of Holistic Journey Somatic Bodywork.
Bring yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle and any additional comfort items for laying on the floor.
