This class combines the gentle, flowing movements of Chi Gong with the strength and focus of martial arts to help improve balance, mobility, and overall strength. Taught in an encouraging and supportive atmosphere, each session is designed to meet students where they are—offering personalized movement adaptations that honor each individual’s ability. Whether seated or standing, participants will explore mindful movement, enhance body awareness, and build confidence in their physical abilities. This is a welcoming space for adults of all levels, including those with limited mobility, to move with purpose and feel empowered. Please wear comfortable clothing and safe, closed-toe shoes, preferably with laces, for class.
