Description
Meal planning can be overwhelming. The goal of this workshop is to not only give you some tips and tricks, but to work together with our certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist to build your personalized grocery list filled with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy protein and oils. We will also discover different ways to prepare food ahead so that you can save money and time during your busiest weeks.
