Squat / Bench / Deadlift - IPF StandardsWomens: 500lb, 750lb, 1000lbMens: 1000lb, 1250lb, 1500lb
Come challenge yourself and compete in our local Powerlifting event. Whether you are training for personal goals, or competing in regional competition. Our Powerlifting event is friendly competition and is a great opportunity to expose yourself to becoming a powerlifting athlete. Our event is hosted by NASM Personal Trainers and a Doctoral Physical Therapist who are all highly educated in lifting. The three disciplines, in contest order, that make up the sport are the Squat, Bench press and Deadlift.
