Description
Participants will engage in problem-solving activities and planning tools to create nutritious meals providing the skills and confidence to make simple changes. Each participant receives a nutrition and exercise book. Sponsored by Kathy Brown, Senior Connections Health and Wellness Programs Manager, The Capital Area Agency on Aging.
