Hands-Only Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation is CPR without mouth-to-mouth breaths.
Hands-only CPR's recommended for people who see a teen or adult collapse in an "out-of-hospital" setting, at home, at work, or in a park. Come ready to learn and ask questions!
