Description
Participants will see how fun it is to be fit. Get a total body workout with functional cardio, strength building, flexibility and core exercises. This activity is provided with the support and partnership of Sports Backers and Fit to Go. Classes are led by Sports Backers Fitness Warrior Irma D.
