Description
Join us for our ladies open gym session at the Beulah Recreation Center! This is the perfect opportunity to work out, have fun, and meet other women in a supportive and inclusive environment. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, come and enjoy your favorite sport of basketball. Get active, make new friends, and empower yourself with our ladies open gym!
Medical release form must be filled out prior to participation.
Appropriate athletic wear and footwear required. Ladies only.
