Description
A 45 minute challenging workout ON the water! Participants will stand, sit, squat, burpee, mountain climbers, push-up, plank, balance and more while onto of a floating board. Ah, the Fusion part comes intermittently when participants get off boards to do power boxing and cardio next to boards Join and try this intense workout that will strengthen your muscles, improve balance, and enhance stamina, and develop stabilizing muscle groups. And, its FUN!
