Description
Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens activities are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Registration is not required; capacity may be limited and is available first come, first served. For community events, membership and registration are not required.

A challenging and unique workout designed to tone and strengthen your entire body as well as increase flexibility by using your own body weight and light free weights. Designed to be done barefoot, but not required.
