Exploring the history of the United States from its founding through today, this course will expose students to the history of America’s native peoples, the American Revolution and beyond. Through class activities and individual assignments, students will examine major changes brought about by progressive reforms and will consider how these events impacted the expansion of the United States. The course content will encourage students to think carefully about the challenges and opportunities facing the United States in the 21st century. Instructor: Keisha Chambliss
