Description
Join us for dynamic breathwork and somatic therapeutic movement to release stress and reset and balance the nervous system. This unique blend of healing qi gong, yoga, breathwork, and energy medicine use mindful movement to build a calm, focused positive energy for mind, body, and spirit. No experience needed.
