This course is at least eight hours long and includes classroom and range time learning to shoot rifles. Students learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; rifle parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from the bench rest, prone, sitting, standing, and kneeling positions; cleaning; and continued opportunities for skill development. Bring your lunch and hearing and eye protection. The first part is in a very nice conference room in Mt. Airy, and the range is in Owings Mills. Class will begin at 9:00AM at: ICEFDT Main Office 1502 S. Main St, #201 Mount Airy, MD 21771 ICEFDT provides a plush conference room in an air-conditioned professional office with a Keurig, refrigerator, restrooms, cozy conference room chairs, and an HD projection screen. This doesn’t get any better! Class fees must be completed at time of registration. Register 2 students and save $20.00!
