Lap swimming offers swimmers a great cardiovascular workout. Whatever pace you work at, come enjoy our relaxing waters and get healthier at the same time. There will be a maximum of 3 lap swimmers per lane, on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that space may be limited at times due to Swim Lessons and other YMCA programming.
