Originally known as the Greater Richmond Aquatics Partnership (GRAP), SwimRVA began as a collaboration youth sport leaders working to provide a world-class aquatics facility in Chesterfield. Today social bridges developed through aquatics are crossing physical, racial, and economic barriers.
