Deep Water Running/Conditioning Session lFridays
June 7 - July 12 *June 28 class is at Lake Marion Pool6:00-6:45 pm
Stedwick Pool
No-impact, high-intensity program emphasizing cardiovascular strength and endurance, flexibility, range of motion and core strength. Classes are held in the diving well of the pool.
This program benefits runners, tri-athletes and other active exercisers looking for a challenging workout to complement their land based training, or those looking for a vigorous, no-impact alternative to regaining conditioning.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own aqua belt as a very limited supply will be provided.
You must have a valid MVF Activity card. Please call 301-948-0110 to purchase a Class Pass.
