Stedwick and Hurley Park Pool
*Classes will be held at Hurley Park from June 19-Aug 14
Burn fat while increasing your flexibility and range of motion. Improve muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. Includes aquatic exercise and interval aerobics.
For swimmers and non-swimmers (head is always above water).
Once a week for fitness fun!
