Watkins Mill Fitness Park
This MVFitness class is designed for residents of all abilities and ages. Sessions will be held at our new Outdoor Fitness Park at Watkins Mill Recreation Area.
By utilizing a mix of circuit machines, bodyweight exercises and cardio under trainer supervision, this class will give you a well-rounded, balanced workout, while also teaching proper form and movement patterns.
