Thursday Class Strength and Flexibility
Build strength, increase flexibility and learn stretching techniques all in one class. Look good and feel good in this no-impact program. Bring a mat and weights (limited supply available).
This program works the whole body without impact on the joints.
Jacki Sorensen classes have been safely taught for over 40 years, while it continues to stay current today!
