Description
This class combines the muscular endurance, posture and alignment of ballet-inspired Barre with the elements of functional strength training. This low impact class is designed to improve your strength, balance and flexibility all while having fun! No ballet experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a mat to class. (SM)
