This Poetry Month, gather inspiration from nature. A staff naturalist will guide you on a casual hike around the first loop of the trails, interpreting natural sights and sounds along the way. Back at the center, reflect on your experience and craft a haiku or any type of poetry that moves you. Option to bring a picnic lunch to snack as you write.
Pre-registration required. Drop-off allowed for registered teens ages 13-17. Expect to travel approx. 1.5 miles over easy-moderate natural surface trails.
