Geared towards (but not limited to) older adults, rock climbing is an easy, low impact activity that improves flexibility, strength, and coordination. It’s almost like vertical yoga, but with visual goals and a greater sense of accomplishment. We have found that most people prefer the controlled environs of an indoor setting to get their first taste of climbing. The last two classes include optional belay training where you are taught how to be the person working the rope to support the climber. All equipment is included.Activity Family
