Description
Join us for an invigorating outdoor Strength Cardio Circuit class that will challenge your body and elevate your heart rate. Led by our experienced instructors at Legacy Gym MKE, you will move through a series of dynamic exercises all while enjoying the fresh air! Get ready to sweat, push your limits, and leave feeling strong and accomplished!
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat (or towel) and water bottle.
