Description
In this four-week group exploration, we will lean in and listen to the wisdom of our own selves and chart a path forward. We’ll explore our superpowers and how to employ them on behalf of our dreams. We will create vision boards and develop a sense of movement toward our goals using mindfulness as well as the concrete tools of our digital age. Our space together will be a community with the goal to connect and hold one another up while we transform. Bring a notebook and pen for writing, and a willingness to grow.
