About this event
Players of all levels are welcome in this week of basketball skill-building and friendly competition. This program will improve each players overall skills, awareness, fitness, and confidence to play basketball. All sessions will focus on: • Fun: Athletes will explore various games, such as tag and 1-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on 3 to hone their individual offensive and defensive skills • Skills & Tricks: individual dribbling, passing, shooting, and mini-games will help them get ready to play in a team environment. • Game Fitness: All sessions will cover elements to improve each player’s strength, speed, coordination, balance, and endurance through fun exercises, such as jumping, racing and relays. Campers should bring a water bottle, wear comfortable athletic clothes, and sneakers.
