About this event
Students will learn how to fly several types of drones from a mini drone to Parrot Mambo Drones. Students will work through critical thinking objectives, challenges of flight, teamwork in competitions, and completing missions. This club is designed to build knowledge in flight, drones, challenges, teamwork, and student collaboration. The Civil Air Patrol will show students how they use drones for simulations, rescue, and surveying. Students will also be able to go into one of the Civil Air Patrol airplanes at the Cobb County Airport and learn all things that goes into creating an airplane.
