Raku Firing Workshop – Ages 16+ Saturdays 12:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. NO CLASS April 13 Location: MAC Clay Annex Instructor: Justice Catron Cost: $175 Cost includes all glazes, firing, 25 lbs. of Raku clay for use in class, and free access to 1 clay open studio session/week while enrolled This class is a throwing based course that culminates in Raku firing. Brian will lead the class in a guided project from start to finish. This means all experience levels are welcome to enroll. The 3 classes will be broken down as making, glazing, and firing, so missing a class is highly discouraged. Scholarships are available for school-age students whose household income qualifies for the federal free and reduced lunch program. We also offer a Military Discount for MAC classes. Only one coupon may be used per registration. For more information or questions about adult scholarships, please contact MAC prior to registration. MAC has a non-refundable deposit on classes that are canceled by the participant before the start of class. If a class is canceled by MAC before it begins, the entire paid amount will be refunded.
