Character Drawing for Manga and Comics Instructor: Kenton Casey Saturdays 10:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. Feb 10 - Mar 30 ( NO CLASS March 9 & 16) Location: Art Studio in East Annex Cost: $135 (6 weeks) This class is an introduction to drawing the human body for the purpose of character drawing in manga and comics. We will cover basic human proportions from head to toe. We will rotate the body to draw it from multiple angles, accurately draw different poses, and learn to draw the face, rotating it accordingly as well. Scholarships are available for school-age students whose household income qualifies for the federal free and reduced lunch program. We also offer a Military Discount for MAC classes. Only one coupon may be used per registration. For more information or questions about adult scholarships, please contact MAC prior to registration. MAC has a non-refundable deposit on classes that are canceled by the participant before the start of class. If a class is canceled by MAC before it begins, the entire paid amount will be refunded.
