Description
Yoga As My Body is, is a gentle sequence designed to meet your body where you are at. This class focuses on restoring mobility, increasing flexibility, building strength, and easing achy joint and muscles. This practice may be done from standing, seated, or on the mat marking it appropriate for all fitness levels.
