Description
This class has been cancelled.
The group will gather and walk the 1-mile gravel path that circles UW Health East Madison Hospital. Some strength training will also be incorporated throughout the walk with use of body weight and resistance bands.Participants must be able to walk one mile in 22 minutes or less.
For inclement weather exercise will be moved indoors.
