Description
Learn the fundamentals of metalsmithing and jewelry design in this two project course. Participants will explore jewelry fabrication techniques including sawing, piercing, texturing, riveting and soldering. Starting with an extensive exploration of the various ways to texture metals, you can then design and fabricate a pierced pendant using all of these techniques. This class will have a second project that focuses on expanding these skills and learning the basics of soldering as well.
**NOTE** - This class does not meet on July 2nd.
