Description
This class is an introductory exploration of ballet for fun, fitness, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Participants will be gently guided through the unique body movements of ballet to experience the joy of classical dance. In six weeks’ time the objective to move into a continuing class is most desirable.
Ballet shoes required, preferably pink, but black shoes are acceptable. Clothing should be comfortable, tight fitting is best. Solid clothing, leggings, etc would be most desirable to achieve visual effect.
WARNING: Individuals may experience epileptic seizures when exposed to certain light patterns, flashing lights, or loud music used in these classes. If you have an epileptic condition, consult your physician prior to registering for this program.
