Join us for this great exercise program with Kim Pierron. Classes include strength, cardio, core work, and endurance as well as warm up, and cool downs. All ability levels are welcome and this high energy class will increase your fitness level in no time.
This class is not available for online registration. Just join us on the scheduled class dates!
