LIVE CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION
3 Hours POST Credit Session 4 / Module B - The Listing Process
The Nevada Real Estate Academy is proud to offer a Post-Licensing course approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division that meets the educational requirements of NAC 645.4442 for first year licensees (Modules A-O). There are 10 sessions required for First year Licensees.
The goal for this course is to identify the steps in working with a seller to price and market their property, and create an estimated net proceeds sheet.
