45 minutesModerate IntensityModerate-ImpactThis modified Zumba class recreates Zumba moves at a lower intensity designed to meet the needs of older adults or those with physical and/or mental impairments that would benefit from a slower-paced class. No dance experience required, suitable for all fitness levels. Enjoy the zesty Latin music and move at your own pace!
- Pre-registration is mandatory. No drop-ins permitted.
- Registration opens 1 week prior to each class.
- Registration closes 15 minutes prior to class start.
- Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your class start time.
- Proceed directly to the Fitness room to check-in.
- 2 day notice required for refund/credit.
