Description
This fun class is for children ages 4 to 6. This is an introduction to Ballet techniques and contemporary dance. In this class your child will be exposed to basic dance vocabulary and given the foundations to start more structure ballet classes. The class intends to not only help your little one to enjoy dance, but also teach them spatial awareness, rhythm, self-expression, patience, and perseverance. Encouraging your children to find joy in movement and dance helps establish a long-lasting and healthy relationship with staying active and helps them understand better their bodies and needs. Parent participation required.
