60 minutesHigh IntensityLow ImpactEnjoy 30 minutes of cardio intervals on the bike to burn calories and improve overall cardiovascular health followed by exercises using weights and bands to strengthen and tone your upper body.
- Sessions may be booked one week in advance and up to 15 minutes prior to class start.
- Please proceed directly to Spin Room for check-in.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins.
- Closed-toe athletic shoes are required.
