Go at your own pace while enjoying the music and camaraderie of this small group class that caters to those wanting a slower paced workout. Ideal for older adults, those new to exercise and anyone returning to exercise after an injury.
- Registration opens one week in advance.
- Registration closes 15 minutes prior to program start. No drop-ins.
- Proceed directly to the Spin Room for check-in.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to program start time.
- 2 days cancellation notice is required for a refund/credit.
