FRIDAY 4-6:30 PM; SATURDAY 10:30-5:00 PM; SUNDAY 12:00-5:00 PM (no lunch break on Sunday). Reiki is an ancient form of hands-on energy technique for self, family, friends & therapy practitioners. Safe & non-intrusive, the recipient remains fully clothed. Reiki complements all other healing methods by utilizing spiritually guided life-force energy. This class helps balance the body, mind & spirit. Students leave relaxed & restored. Reiki I teaches Reiki history, hand positions both for self & others. Through touch & breath techniques students learn to utilize energy. Reiki II teaches Symbols to increase energy, room cleansing, long distant treatments & mental healing.
