***This is an open play session for Fridays 11:00AM - 12:30PM. Registration is required before attending the session.***
SPEC Tennis is a fast-paced and easy-to-learn game played on a smaller court. It combines the best components of popular racquet sports and is a blast for all ages and skill levels. With a circular-shaped paddle with holes and an orange dot low compression tennis ball, SPEC tennis utilizes the exact same skillset needed to play tennis. The smaller court allows for more shots with reach and is a great sport all-round fitness which improves dexterity, mobility, agility, and balance.
