WHAT IS SPEC TENNIS?
SPEC Tennis is a fast-paced and easy-to-learn game played on a smaller court. It combines the best components of popular racquet sports and is a blast for all ages and skill levels.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT SPEC TENNIS?
With a circular-shaped paddle with holes and an orange dot low compression tennis ball, SPEC tennis utilizes the same skillset as tennis but is much easier and faster to learn. The smaller court allows players to reach more shots and is a great sport for improving all-round fitness which improves dexterity, mobility, agility, and balance.
