Participants in this workshop will learnabout body-mind integration and explore their own physicaland emotional experiences. This approach is beneficial forindividuals seeking to address issues related to trauma,chronic pain, or stress, and can help promote healing andwell-being. This workshop is led by Georgena Grace, MA, RSCP,CRS who is a Trauma Specialist, Grief Guide, and the owner ofthe Integrated Wellbeing Institute.
