Menopause and Beyond: Empowering Women to Thrive as We Age
Menopause can bring about a variety of symptoms and health concerns for many women. And this is not often talked about. This talk will explore the latest breakthroughs in menopause research, including hormonal and non-hormonal therapies as well as lifestyle interventions, and tools to prevent chronic disease such as osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease. By staying informed about these new developments, women can take charge of their health, embrace menopause with confidence, optimize health, and continue to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
