Lake Forest II Sun & Sail Club Instructor: Rick Maestas (949) 533-8270 Classes are available for adults and children ages 6 & up. Taekwondo teaches a variety of techniques such as: forms, sparring, board breaking, focus drills, and one step sparring; in addition to confidence, self-control, and self-defense. This is a complete exercise program for the whole family. Nonmembers must purchase a pass to participate in classes. This pass is $3 per class, or $10 for a month. Class Times: 5:30 & 6:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays
