Description
Happy hips, happy life! This gentle yoga flow has a hip opening focus to improve circulation, flexibility and range of motion.
After warming up the lower back and releasing tight hamstrings, we will explore long, restorative holds and poses to let go of tension in the hips.
Suitable for all levels of experience.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
