Description
Suited for seniors. Covers gentle stretches in seated poses or standing or laying down on back or belly. Sometimes chairs are used, or the wall. Much focus on breathing, adapting, adjusting, and accommodating encouraged. (Recommended: bring their own yoga mats, blocks, towels and/or blankets and strap.)
