Each beehive is buzzing with a colony of 20,000-60,000+ honeybees in a fascinating frenzy as they pollinate nearby flowers, make honey, shaping wax, and caring for the new bees that emerge each day. Come get a look inside the Prescott Farm beehives with our observation hive and watch a beekeeper examine a hive (from a safe distance away). The class will end with tasting local, raw honey. Physical Demand [1] = Activity is indoors or outside with up to 1/10 of a mile walking; includes both sitting and standing
